Tummy Tamer: Fresh Ginger Tea
/Got gas? An upset stomach? Poor digestion? Forget about all the over the counter medications and get down to the basics of using fresh ginger root to tame that tummy. Simply grate fresh ginger root into a pot of water and boil it. Let it cool down a bit before drinking. I like to strain the big chunks of ginger before drinking it. Add a few drops of liquid stevia if you want a little bit of sweetness.
