Paleo Almond Muffins
/With no sugar added, here is a snack you can feel good about.
Paleo Almond Muffins
1 cup almond meal
2 very ripe bananas
1 egg
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Combine all the above ingredients, pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 12 minutes!
