Breakfast cookie dough
/- 1 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup OR 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (use dairy-free chocolate chips, if needed)
*Combine all ingredients and roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate and enjoy!
