A favorite with my kiddos.  My son refers to them as "donuts".  I suppose because they look like donut holes.  They are packed with fiber, protein, and omega fatty acids.  Easy to make, store, and grab on the go...you can't go wrong with these tasty bites!

 

1 cup of rolled oats milled into a course flour
1-2 very ripe mashed bananas or red bananas
1-2 servings of protein powder (I use Vega)
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 Tbsp of almond butter

*Mix together until all ingredients incorporated.  Roll into balls.  Refrigerate and enjoy!
